(JACKSBORO, Texas) – Faith Community Nursing & Rehabilitation is excited to announce the recent hire of Tami Fitzgerald, as the facility’s new Administrator. Ms. Fitzgerald is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and has served in long term care for almost 30 years. Tami received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of North Texas.

Ms. Fitzgerald’s responsibilities will include overseeing all day-to-day aspects of running a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. She will work directly with employees, residents, and the Jacksboro community to ensure that all Faith Community Nursing and Rehabilitation residents get the best care possible.

While at Faith Community Nursing and Rehabilitation, Tami says she wants to help to promote and encourage a continued rich environment of resident happiness along with excellent quality care. Ms. Fitzgerald says she is grateful and excited for the opportunity to serve as the administrator. “I am looking forward to being involved with the Jacksboro community and building relationships with the residents and their families.”

When not at work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, crocheting and reading.
